This one isn’t for the weak—it’s for the girls who love lifting heavy sh*t and making the gym their playground. Muscle MOTHERS is built with 6-8 week strength cycles designed for powerlifters, Olympic lifters, and barbell-loving badasses who want to lift hundreds of pounds, hit new PRs, and look hot while doing it. This is for the girlies with the feminine urge to rep out a grown man’s body weight and make it look easy. Squat, bench, deadlift, and Olympic lift your way to unreal strength and total gym dominance.
